Owens is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He’s roughly 5 toes 4 inches tall and weighs about 100 kilos. He was final seen carrying a white hoodie, black pants and red-and-blue sneakers.
Police stated Owens has autism and a speech delay.
Investigators imagine Owens is with Kenneth Lee Brantley, a 43-year-old Black man. Brantley is described as 5 toes 2 inches tall, weighing about 162 kilos, with black hair and brown eyes.
Brantley was final seen on the Palace Motel, Room 242, at 1901 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. He was reportedly carrying a white T-shirt with a colourful design and grey pants.
Authorities imagine the 2 are touring in a black 2012 GMC Yukon with South Carolina license plate XFH-752.
