The annual New Bern Rotary Oktoberfest brings authentic Bavarian festivities to the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center. Featuring traditional polka bands, authentic German bratwurst, sauerkraut, Bavarian pretzels, stein-hoisting competitions, costume contests, and German seasonal biers poured by local Rotary volunteers to fund local student scholarships.
