The Shark is Broken is a comedy set during the notoriously troubled filming of Jaws in 1974–where the malfunctioning mechanical shark left the movie’s three stars stranded together on a boat in the Atlantic.
The play is a behind-the-scenes look at Hollywood’s first summer blockbuster and what happens when three men are fueled by little more than alcohol, egos, and too much clam chowder.
Note: This production contains strong language and brief physical violence.
